What is consistent is value and convenience. For a lot of buyers, especially first-timers and growing families, it's where the math works: more house and yard for the money than you'll find in Burlington or Ancaster, with the Linc and the Red Hill making the commute genuinely easy. The trade-off is that it's practical more than picturesque — you're buying space, location, and access, not the village character of a Dundas or an Ancaster.
